Everyone at Westwood 8 to 8 Primary Care Centre is committed to providing excellent healthcare services. However, if you feel that we have failed to deliver this then please raise your concerns at the time with the person concerned as it is always easier to resolve issues immediately. If you are unable to do this please let us know as soon as possible.
Complaints must be made by the person concerned or on behalf of someone, with their written consent and within six months of the incident or within six months of becoming aware of the problem as long as this is within a year of the incident.
Verbal complaints may be made to the Practice Manager or the Centre Staff at the time any incident occurs.
