Rose Fells - Managing Director
As Managing Director of DMSL, Rose has been instrumental in shaping the direction of DMSL, ensuring that we are able to quickly assess the market and identify change and opportunity. Rose brings with her the enthusiasm to make DMSL the most effective, efficient and supportive healthcare provider at a local level. Rose's background is heavily steeped in Primary Care and one of her primary roles is a Managing Partner at The Scott Practice.

Richard Langthorp - Company Secretary
Richard is an experienced manager with an extensive range of business, finance and commercial skills within Primary Care and also from a leading financial institution. Richard combines his role as a full time Practice Manager along with managing the contractual obligations of contract governance for DMSL services.

Dr Kevin Lee - Organisational Medical Director
Kevin is a senior GP at The Scott Practice and has experience of working in both Primary and Secondary Care. He works with senior clinicians and directors in Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS to forge alliances, partnerships and good working relationships. Kevin is passionate about working in healthcare and looks to add a new dimension to primary care, in his role as Organisational Medical Director at DMSL.

Dr Chhitij Mohan - Local Medical Director
Chhitij is a well-respected GP in the Doncaster area, who enjoys working in the community and takes a keen interest in developing local healthcare through his contribution to the continuing development of Primary Care.

Colette Bake - Local Medical Director – Nursing

Colette has an abundance of experience in the nursing sector and provides specialist nursing advice to the Board, staff and delivering training courses both internally and externally.

Darren Johnson - Chief Finance & Operations Officer

Darren is responsible for DMSL's business development and strategic direction. With over 20 years'' experience in senior management roles both as a qualified Accountant and Operations Manager; Darren manages the financial operations for all DMSL services. He also provides strategic development across the business as a whole and looks to offer new services to the local healthcare community.
