Patient Participation Group

We would like our patient's feedback on our service, surgery and staff. This will enable us to assess any area of improvement that you, the patients, would like to see.

To help us with this, we have set up a virtual patient participation group (email: DONCCG.NationalParticipationGroup@nhs.net ) so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of care or service you received and listen to what you have to say as a patient and what changes you would like to see. We will also ask for your comments and feedback on surveys that we would like our registered  patients to complete. All contact will be via email.

We are keen for our registered patients to join our virtual Patient Participation Group. Should you wish to be part of this group, please either email DONCCG.NationalParticipationGroup@nhs.net to request a sign up form, or ask at reception.

We will be in touch with you shortly, but would like to inform patients that if you do have a medical question/query or complaint that is not associated with the virtual participation group, then please contact the surgery directly on 01302-645544.

All survey results and information relating to the Patient Participation Group will be published on the "PPG" tab above. Please view this regularly for the latest updates.

March 2014 Summary is now downloadable from this tab.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Have your say to improve your healthcare

Did you know you can now have your say to help improve more services across the NHS ?

The Friends & Family Test is about giving patients the opportunity to provide quick feedback on their care and treatment experience. It's already in use in many parts of the NHS and is expanding to a lot more.

You can say what is going well and what can be improved so that people who make decisions about local healthcare can take your views into account.

It doesn't take long and you don't need to give your details on your feedback form.

Look for details in the reception or waiting room. You can ask a member of staff how you can take part or find out more online.

You can download the form by clicking the link below. Please complete it and hand in to reception.
